About Projx
Projx was founded in 2019 by client-side project managers who delivered property development and capital works projects for over 15 years in Australia. Following years of managing multi-million dollar projects with fragmented spreadsheets and generic tools, they set out to build the platform he wished had existed — purpose-built software for owner-side project teams.
We believe that client-side project teams can dramatically improve project outcomes and provide certainty for project owners — if they have the right tools. Too often, owner’s representatives, development managers, and quantity surveyors are forced to rely on spreadsheets, email trails, and generic project management tools that were never designed for the complexities of property development and capital works delivery.
Projx exists to change that. Our platform centralises project information, ensures consistency across your portfolio, reduces manual errors, and streamlines oversight from feasibility through to practical completion and beyond.

Our founder’s 15+ years of hands-on client-side project management experience is embedded in every feature. Research with over a hundred industry professionals ensures Projx solves real problems, not imagined ones.
Unlike broad construction PM tools, Projx is designed exclusively for the client side — the people commissioning, funding, and overseeing project delivery. Our workflows, terminology, and reporting are built around how owner’s representatives actually work.
Projx is built with Australian and New Zealand construction standards, contract frameworks (AS4000, AS2124), and regulatory requirements (Construction Contracts Act, Security of Payments Act) at its core. All data is hosted in Australia.
Projx operates with a lean, focused team of six people. Our strength is the direct connection between real-world project delivery experience and product development — there are no layers between the people who understand the problem and the people building the solution.
General Manager
Arun brings over 15 years of experience as a client-side project manager across property development and capital works. He acts as the critical bridge between real-world project delivery challenges and Projx’s product development, translating the day-to-day frustrations of owner-side teams directly into innovative software solutions.
Arun remains "on the tools" as a client-side project manager in the property and construction industry. This allows him to remain close to the product, provide feedback and respond to trends and changing requirements.
